Yes. Care groups and digital agencies typically run a separate WordPress site per brand or region. We license you per care home, not per site, so you can install the plugin on every site you need at no extra cost.
Yes — we have an MSA and Data Processing Agreement ready to share. Because the plugin sends form data straight from your WordPress server to your CareHQ tenant, no enquiry data is ever stored on our infrastructure, which makes procurement reviews considerably simpler.
We start with a 30-minute call to understand your forms, brands, and routing rules. We then build the field mapping with you, run a parallel test against a CareHQ sandbox, and switch live once you've signed off. Most groups are fully live within a week.
